Born on July 5, 1963 in Kislovodsk.

In 1989, he got an honours degree from the Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1992, he undertook an internship at New York University on the Investments and International Payments program, while in 1993 he took the bank experts training at Fairfield University (USA).

1992 to 1998 — Chairman of the Management Board, Moscow Export-Import Bank.

Since 2014, he became a founders and headed the Connection Support Foundation, which creates a sustainable support system in Russia’s regions for people with simultaneous hearing and vision impairment.

In October 2017, Dmitry Polikanov was acknowledged by the President of the Russian Federation for his active engagement in the implementation of socially significant projects, charitable and public activities.
In December 2017, Dmitry Polikanov was acknowledged by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets for his great personal contribution to the implementation of the state social policy, development of charity activities in Russia and active participation in the work of the Trusteeship Council in the Social Sphere of the Russian Federation.
In 2018, he was acknowledged by the Mayor of Moscow for his public activities.

Ekaterina Pronicheva was born on May 26, 1977 in Petrozavodsk.
In 2000 she graduated from the Faculty of Law, and in 2011, the Faculty of Arts of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov.
For thirteen years she worked as a lawyer in various organizations: Rosgosstrakh OJSC, YUST LLC, headed the special projects department of the Gazprom legal department, and was engaged in law practice.
In March 2012, Ekaterina Vladimirovna was appointed first deputy head of the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow. In December 2013, she took the post of head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
Since April 2014, Pronicheva served as First Deputy General Director of VDNH OJSC. In June 2015, she took the position of General Director of VDNH JSC.
September 21, 2018 was appointed chairman of the Committee on Tourism of the city of Moscow.

Roman Chukov has graduated with bachelor and master’s degree (cum laude) from the School of International Relations, St. Petersburg State University.

He holds a PhD degree in political science, has a number of scientific publications on G7, G20 and BRICS and was several times awarded by the state for working at the Russian G20 and BRICS presidencies in 2013-2015 and for WFYS in 2017.

For more than ten years Roman has been involved in the G8, G20 and BRICS engagement groups on behalf of Russia.

He serves as Chair of the Board at the Russian Centre for Promotion of International Initiatives, Advisor to the CEO of Roscongress Foundation on youth policy and Research Fellow at the Institute of Economy of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Kirill Ilyichev is a graduate of the Moscow City University of Management of the Government of Moscow with a degree in Taxes and Taxation. In 2008, he began working in the Government of Moscow. Participated in the preparation and approval of legal acts, regulatory frameworks. In 2014, he was appointed head of the State Budget Institution of the Moscow Region NIIPROEKT. – creation of a Dynamic Transport Model of street and road network of Moscow;
